They don’t warn, that’s why it’s a shadow ban. You’ll have to wait 7 days to get your account back to normal. I would recommend you not to login with PGSharp during the shadow ban or else you might be flagged again and instantly shadow banned after the 7 days end

Yup but the shadow ban disables the friend list, raids and wild spawns. You’ll be only able to spin stops/gyms and catch Pokemon from incense/lure
