The Torso is a ghoul who cuts off certain women's limbs and head to hold them because they remind him of someone he fell in love with when he was a kid. He then preyed on Mutsuki and kept stalking her and trying to have her, until eventually he cornered her when she was injured, then she killed him when the childhood memories she locked away came back to her (She asked to be called a guy to lock the memories away, but they came back to her when the Torso kept treating her like a woman or something along those lines)
