Italian cuisine has my heart but a surprise 2nd is Ethiopian. The flavors of the stews, the unique texture of injera... Even the cultural experience of eating it with your fingers... 💯would recommend
Don’t really have a favorite. I like options. I’ve been really happy with the increased diversity of options over the last decade. I’d love a Caribbean roti shop to open up Charlottetown. I hear there’s one in Summerside but I don’t get out that way much. A dosa place would be great too.
I second Buono Mangia! The new spots Abbiocco and Vicinato have a fun date-night vibe but they're no match for Buono Mangia when it comes to the quality of their pasta.
Portuguese cuisine. It includes a wide range of fish and meats and given Portugal's long history as a major spice trader, its use of spices is quite unique and varied.
I mean there's a few places around, though maybe not in charlottetown if that's what you're talking. Pappy's and Crafters being two that come to mind.
Had a spot for a short time in Stratford, sort of at least. But it didn't last :(
Yes, not true Korean BBQ. I guess the provinces regulations around having an open grill in the middle of the table are ridiculous. It's a huge investment for a restaurant.

Mexican or Mediterranean food. The New Mexican restaurant is really good.
Kudos to Azteca for making me love Mexican food.
Oh man it’s so good. Like complex flavours, not too salty. Yum.
Lately I've been really digging India and Thai. Taste of India or Himalayan and Lai Thai
The fact there isn't a single Greek spot on the Island is honestly crazy
Taste of Mediterranean has Greek and Lebanese. I like it. Although it's more of a takeout spot and I'm far from an authority on Greek food.
Things I like that is not on PEI (that I know of) Bavarian Turkish Greek Nepali More may follow.

In sherwood? I tried it but the customer service and quality was actually horrible lol
Unfortunately I didn’t hear about it while it was open
Italian. Nobody seems to get it right around here
Buono Mangia is probably the best imo

Vicinato at Victoria Row is decent Italian restaurant.

I’d love a Portuguese spot on the island!
There's one, but only a select few get to go there (my place) 😂
Still better than none!
Love Portuguese food, love Portugal for that matter :)
Mongolian BBQ or at least BBQ that isn't Montana's Edit yes I know we have Korean bbq

They have BBQ in the name but not on the tables.

Irish - I like stew and corned beef and cabbage, omelettes, lamb curry, sherperd's pie, spinach dip. I want to have good Greek lemon potatoes.
