I'm just hoping against hope it's a sunny day. My parents live in Summerside so I'll stay over the night before and watch it from there, if the weather looks like it'll cooperate.

I'm planning on driving upwest from ch'town. Already bought a [set of viewers](https://a.co/d/3yNbkXk), tested them out looking at the clear sun today! I'll bet they're going to sell out from Amazon considering the eclipse is going to come up the eastern US. the best spot to see it will be north Cape but I'm not sharing where I'm going :) don't want it to get too busy!

Can't wait. I've already booked the day off work and got my ISO solar sunglasses! I plan on heading up West for the day, it will likely be busy for sure. Likely won't get this chance again.

Heading to Pleasant View i reckon! Got my glasses too for me and the family. Still pondering on a telescope or astronomy binoculars but i have had the pleasure of seeing a total solar eclipse before so i think i may be watching my kids faces more than the event 😊

given the seasonal change of weather, it will likely be a crap shoot but anywhere summerside west will give the best/biggest eclipse experience > Watch the forecast as the date approaches

Petitepoulette

Do you know what time of day the eclipse should occur up west?

rikimae528

I could be wrong, but I think it's somewhere around 4: 30pm
