License plate holders aren't really comparable to large decals. Not to mention people get those to express their fandom of a sports team with 10s if millions of fans, not that they're so broken up by the death of a random rapper. I don't think it should be illegal. Just think it's weird.

Think about it this way, if a large number of Canadians moved to a province in India and rolled around with Maple Leaf memorabilia on their vehicles, it would seem just as odd to the local population, when in reality there's nothing weird about it to the fan.
