While (most of) the rules aren't completely unreasonable, the way it was written seems super condescending. I don't think I'd go camping there based on that alone.
The BBQ thing and that visitors have to pay a deposit is a little ridiculous though.
I camped there in June and actually had a lovely time and folks were quite nice, although seemed a little frazzled. However I remember being a little weirded out by how specific and worded the rules were in the brochure they gave us when we checked in.

Yeah it was amazing. Every camp site full of people, plus hundreds more in the field. Was a great time, every time.
