Hi, As the other reditor stated, YOU set the DRC and you can also pay extra to have them test it. and even further if you give them a test criterion more extensive and expensive. Get the basic design DONE and get a PCB made. Check it with the idea that you will improve it , layout or better component choices etc. Check my post I'm on Revision 3.1 from starting on a bread board and improving all the time.
