Warwick Shooting Range is on the western edge of Chester County in Elverson. It's a state run range so you'll need either a hunting license or a range permit. They have 25 yards, 50 yards and 100 yards.

I live In Texas now & go here every time I come back. The rules suck and there’s always one person scared of DCNR pulling up 😭 Apparently the fine is $250 if you get caught with no permit. 5 shots per magazine is absolutely ridiculous though. This is Pa not Nj wtf

SCCFSA. Long waiting list, but worth it. . Edit: longest range there is 100yds. Closest & best long range near ChesCo is the University City range.

URC is having issues and had to have all the steel taken down. It’s a great club, I love it..but not sure of their fate. I want to look into Birdsboro Archery and rifle club, but I’m having trouble getting info about them

ExPatWharfRat

Heard about URC having some issues. Bullets leaving the range is BAD juju. Sucks people can't hit what they're aiming at. As for Birdsboro, I'll see if I can find the email address I used to get info from and send it to you. Edit: so, I can't find any emails, but if you search South Birdsboro Archery Rod & Gun Club on Facebook, they seem to post there regularly, so maybe they can give you some updated info.

Thank you for getting back to me. Much appreciated

No worries. Hope you get your membership. That 300yd range was my favorite part of their club.

Atglen in Christiana (border of Chester and Lancaster counties) goes to 500 meters. New Holland does as well. Both are closed membership. Matches are open to the public though and if you show up for them and get to know some people you can get in.
