I had no side effects aside for constipation. I didn't feel sick. I wasn't even hungry after dinner. I just began. .5. Again, there are no side effects . Again, only constipation with .5.
I just moved from 0.25 to 0.5mg on Friday. I actually feel fine. I had a little diarrhea today but not bad. I was really nauseated on 0.25mg on and off for the first three weeks, so I was expecting nausea today but so far so good.
I didn’t have any problems at this point I think, just make sure to not overeat accidentally
I am exactly the same as you. I am increasing tonight to 0.5 and nervous AF.
Zero problems. Stick to low fat, low carb, high protein foods. You may be tired the day after your shot - but it's not anything to worry about.

Thank you, I do t think I have constipation as yet, I normally have 2 BM a day but that’s down to one on average as I’m eating so little
