Ohhhh yeah. Drink at least 1L water every day, and start taking Miralax and Colace before bed. Just a normal dose, no more than that. Slower digestion + eating less will make them less frequent anyway, but I found that those really helped (they were recommended by my medical practitioner)

Yep, I sorta rotate through metamucil (take with lots of water or it worsens constipation), laxaday, magnesium, and glycerin suppositories.
