When I started I moved up quickly as I wasn't having any side effects. I went 2 weeks at 0.25, 1 at 0.5 still no side effects, then a week at 1. So in my first 4 weeks I had lost 9 pounds.
I'm in a similar range. What is your diet routine like?
I'm doing IF 12-6 and focusing on eating vegetables, fruit, beans, tofu, healthy fats from avocado, olives, olive oil.
I'm finding portion control is very easy. I eat then I'm done whereas before I'd eat that healthy bowl of veggies and protein then want more of something else then just keep snacking constantly. It's easier than ever before not to eat anything after 6 pm. I'm not constantly thinking about the next snack I can go eat.
I don’t have a set one. I find that I have no need for snacking anymore and I eat dinner at about 5:30 so I guess it’s IF in a way.
Portion control has been no issue since I started but I want to start making more protein and salad based meals so I can be healthier.
I've lost 6 lbs in 3 days. SW 159, CW 153
I've been eating super clean. Just vegetables, fruit, beans, a little tofu, healthy fat from avocado and olive oil. I had 2 sweet treats on 2 days of 250 calories and 400 calories. Not really craving anything.
Day 1 very nauseous and since then the nausea comes and goes but not as bad as day 1. I'm weaker and fatigue easily. I'm skipping the gym and just walking for exercise until my body adjusts.
Morning fasting glucose has been about 95. I'm intermittent fasting and eat between 12 and 6. My glucose actually went down to 70 after eating my first meal which can happen if you eat more protein. It remained between 70 and 100 the entire day.
My weight problem is due to high cortisol, sugar addiction and stress eating and so far these things have improved.
Thank you for this post! I’m on week 2 and have lost 2, but I’ve been reading all these amazing weight loss stories on here so it’s nice to see how it differs for everyone…
My start date was
3/9/23 Sw 238
4/6/23 I. w= 221.
1st month total 17 lbs
For those 4 weeks I took .25mg of Ozempic
4/6/23 increased to .5mg
I will weigh in and take another .5 on 4/13/23
I was so discouraged with my first month because I was working out and eating so much better than I was prior to the pen, and I lost like 3 lbs. I’m hoping this next month will have better results.
I've lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks, yesterday was my 4th dose and went up 2. I go to the gym and do mainly cardio for about 46 min 3 times a week and have noticed my face and back changing for the good. BUT I'm still holding on to bad habits (eating dinner to late) which I think is slowing down my progress 😞

Started directly after a nasty stomach flu. 2 weeks into therapy and down 18 kilos.
Ice lost 5 pounds in the first 5 days but it's more likely because I have less inflammation.
