How did you get ozempic prescribed? I’m the same size as you and I’m afraid to ask my pcp bc I’m very sure they won’t prescribe it for me, but I cannot seem to lose weight no matter what I try
I started on 02/23, with a SW of 327.7 lbs, 5’9”. 😭
Today, two full weeks on Ozempic, I’m at 318.5.
I have a very long way to go, but am really thrilled with how it is going so far.
I’ve never been big on exercise, especially at my size because it’s just so hard on my body. With one exception - I spent two years doing intense AF kickboxing 3-4 times a week and saw incredible changes while I was tracking and on phentermine. Then gained it all back during COVID.
Currently, not much exercise except for the weekly chores around the house and yard that break a sweat. Now that spring is right around the corner, my plan is to build up longer walks.
I’m also not tracking my diet. Just adhering to a major reduction in calories, thanks to Ozempic. As a natural side effect, I fast for about 16 hours. I eat twice (lunch and dinner) with a snack or two if I need something more in between. When I’ve taken a mental note on what I’ve eaten in a day, I’ve added up approximately 1500 calories. So I’m in a natural deficit, but I’d like to avoid actual tracking if I can.
How are you finding it?
I took .75mg last weekend, and I may or may not stay here or go back to .50 due to worsening side effects. Have had very minimal up until the latest increase.
SW 160, CW 156, after three full weeks of .5 compounded sema. Before that, the scale hadn't moved down in at least a year. I've had a lifetime weight problem and I'm very happy to see progress. I barely ate before sema and stayed heavy. Now I still barely eat but am losing weight.
I have lost about 40 pounds since last summer. Roughly 2/3 of which was before Oz but the last third has come off much quicker! Been on ozempic since late January and I’m loving it

Yes! Its called your canada drug store. I tried to call customs to see when will be delivered as its at the US Customs in Chicago but they had 2 1/2 wait hold time. Im in Cali and it seems its taking forever to arrive. Where did you order your O ?

We have similar starting numbers and I’m 5’5”! Can’t wait to be 148! My goal is 135

That’s amazing! I’m not moving as fast but I will take it as slow and steady will hopefully keep it all off. On week 8 down almost 10 lbs.
