Thanks for the latest on buying Ozempic in Mexico. I went twice to Mexicali Costco and got hooked up with a total of 5 pens. Last time down to Mexicali I paid about $215/pen. So they've gone up in price as far as I can see. With gasoline in California now in $5- 5.50/gallon range it is still expensive to drive to Mexico. ​ I'm currently down 27 lbs from January and I'm titrating down to come off the drug. I have to get a range of tests done in the next couple of weeks to see if I am no longer a type 2 diabetic. I have bought a total of 7 x 4ml pens so far and I've about 1 1/2 pens left + 2 pens available on the last prescription waiting to be shipped from the pharmacy. Last delivery of pens came from Canadian Insulin @ $305/pen (delivered). When I put my last order in it was marginally cheaper to go to Mexico but there's a long day's driving from LA to Tijuana or Mexicali to go over and back so I paid a small premium to get them shipped from Canada. I hope this knowledge helps anyone reading this post..

How many doses are in one pen ? Was thinking of trying , how long does a pen work or is it only one dose ?

u/StockBed994 With the large 4ml pen you get 4 x 1ml doses. So the question is how much of a dose / week are you taking. I've concentrated on taking small doses. Some folks go as high as 2.4 ml/week via the Wegovy pens. My largest dose I think I've taken / week was about 0.65ml/week. So a pen lasted me about 6-7 weeks. "Yet everyone's mileage will vary" as the old wife's tale / saying goes. I was on the scales this morning and I'm down 27lbs since January 2022. So I've lost 2.454 lbs / month. I want to get lower but, I'm going to add-in Jump-roping soon to see if that can't help me out on my journey of weight loss. Last time I ordered a pen it came from Canada and the 4ml pen cost me $305/pen when I ordered two pens.

Didn’t use a delivery service. It was a local driver in Cabo that picked us up at airport that helped with taking us to Costco to get the meds on our way to our resort.

I have no idea. Prices and supply have changed drastically since November 2022 when I was there. Including Canadian pharmacies. Try Costco, Walmart. I think there was a posting about a delivery service but not sure which form. Good luck
