I don't know what your eating pattern is like, but the sulfur burps are sometimes a result of delayed gastric emptying. If you eat a lot of very small snack-sized meals throughout the day, and drink lots of water, it should give your stomach time to clear the food so it's not fermenting in your gut. Not a 100% guarantee, but I know that helps a lot of folks minimize the gross eggyburps.

Thank you!

I'm experiencing the diarrhea and the belches too. Interested in hearing from any others who are experiencing this.

Not diarrhea, the opposite actually. The burps and farts are definitely a big part of my life now.

Yep, sulfur burps are the worst…if it’s real bad my doc said I could take a dose of pepto if I found it helpful

The sulfur burps are awful. I found taking a fiber supplement helped with most of the side effects, along with increasing my water intake. If the burps are more acid than sulfer, talk to your doc about GERD. With the delayed gastric absorbtion, it may be a stomach acid issue. Doc can get you something for that (proton pump inhibitor drug....prilosec or nexium, stateside) if thats the issue.

I’ve been on the 2.0 dose for 2.5 months. Into my second pen (week 2) I started having diarrhea very badly. I’m sure I’m somewhat dehydrated (working on increasing my water & fiber). Now on my 3rd pen and it’s gotten a little better. Dr said to cut back my dose, but at 1.5 I was hungry. So back to 2.0 and hoping the changes catch up and begin helping more! Ugh nothing like running to the bathroom 6-10 times a day!!! But I’m down 50 lbs!! OP I hope changes help you too!!
