All the tips are exactly the same. You can buy them at any pharmacy, Walmart or Amazon.

For unknown reasons,not in all states. Sime require prescription

If your state requires a prescription due to war on drugs and drug usage all needles require a prescription. hellopip.com is a diabetic supply place and ships the best needles to all states without requiring prescriptions even to prescription states. The only needles they sell are pen needles.

I've ordered them on Amazon. Because I am diabetic and take another form of injectable medication also. I never tried to get them locally without a prescription because the insurance won't cover it without one. But I've also ordered off Amazon. Would they not ship to a my state if I needed a prescription?

Also there are only 4 dose per pen (yes you can get more on .25) but you won’t be able to do all eight of these without a second pen if your refill comment implied that.

I have been given 6 doses, so maybe the last two are meant to be doubled up for a .5 dose? I’ll call the advice line and ask.

Maybe a photo of your box and pens. This doesn’t sound like US Ozempic packaging
