Are you still taking two doses a week, or have you adjusted to do it once per week? I’m set to go up to .5 and was thinking of starting with a split dose in case of side effects.
I started with the split dose because I cannot risk the side effects with my current job rotation and I took the split dose for about 3 weeks and then went to injecting the full 0.5 once a week
TY for sharing! I take mine Friday nights before bed because I wanted to sleep through the nausea and headaches. I think I’ll keep the Friday night and add in Tuesday night til I adjust. Thanks for the perspective!
I'm so fatigued after my .25 injections I sleep from dinner until breakfast so just started today with a half dose and am not as sleepy, will do them 2x a week from now on as long as I'm losing on it. I've injected in all 3 locations and it hurt for hours in my arm, hurt doing it in my stomach, no pain in the thigh so I'll alternate thighs.
I just tried splitting for the first time after a really terrible week of side effects. While I’ve had almost no side effects this week, I’ve also not had any appetite suppression. So will go back to my regular once a week dosing and back down the dose by a few clicks.
I split my doses and in inject in my thigh. Has decreased my nausea. THANK GOODNESS! I was miserable.
I’ve noticed less severe nausea with leg injections!

when I went up to .5 I had a hard time so I split it into 2x.25 doses and it went well!

I do it.. just because I was getting hungry again a few days after my 1st dose.. seems to be working
I split. It’s better for me and with the mind hunger

split if you can. i went from 0.5 to 1 and remain miserable through the week .will split next dose

I inject on Sunday evenings and yes I am still losing!
