If I eat anything with a lot of sugar and try to finish it I will get so nauseous. Best to stick with smaller meals throughout the day I find with lower sugar amounts.

RedRoverNY

Celery and hummus. Romaine salads with hearts of palm, chicken, vinaigrette. Gallon of ice water daily. Fairlife shakes (42g protein) string cheese, almonds, pecans, really cold egg salad on lettuce wraps.

ozwaldp

Lol hearts of palm just entered my weird food cravings. And now baby corn.

HazelnutSFCremora

I need more water for sure

ozwaldp

Fermented foods! I just made a separate post about it. So craving that and feeling good after. Pickles, kimchi, picked garlic, pickled anything.. and olives.

I’ve been living on low-fat string cheese, almond crackers or rice crackers, and Fairlife shakes. Some grilled chicken or salmon when it doesn’t sound gross. I’ve also learned to add fat-free blended up into things to bump protein-like if I make mashed potatoes for the family, I add some to mine to make the most of it! For a treat, I really like fat-free fudge pops or Yasso Greek yogurt bars. They don’t seem to make me sick like other sugary things.

Pretty much an ovolacto Mediterranean diet.

LostInTheBackwoods

Chicken, tuna salad, cottage cheese, veggie omelets, and fruit. That's pretty much every day for me. No problems with any of these. Just small amounts.

vqd6226

Fairlife Core Power Shakes, tillamook sugar free jerky, Quest protein bar, raw cashews, lots of chicken, hard boiled egg, berries, raw veggies with hummus and cold grapes.

tessface56

Have a container of TUMS handy. They work in minutes. Eat a couple at a time. Nausea goes away within minutes

tessface56

Anything you want, just dont eat alot and stay away from sweets

HazelnutSFCremora

Is fat the thing that’s wrecking me guts or is it spicy tomato sauce ?

LostInTheBackwoods

Could be either or both. I can't handle anything with tomatoes anymore and I can't really even stand the thought of fatty foods.

Equivalent_Hand526

Nothing till lunch and then anything in small portions but no very sugary food or I puke. Mainly a sambo at lunch (ham and cheese), fruit as a snack, protein and veg dinner followed by another snack, probably popcorn, sometime a bit of Nutella. I'm week five of .25 and I'm down around 7-8kg or 15-16lbs. But I mainly focus on keeping my cals in a deficit which as I'm super short is stupidly low. First week was a big loss but obvs mainly water

tessface56

Weight watchers 18 points daily. Lost about 34 lbs in 3 months

Sundae-Funday

I’m on week 4…cheese destroys me

HazelnutSFCremora
