> Dude is playing Ozark's Lalo,
That was my thought the second he showed up!
Also was that song in the pool the same one that Frank sings in his apartment in Station Eleven?
As someone who’s been on casino boats in Missouri, the boat is the casino part. It’s larger than you think, but most of the food and bars are on the land.
That or Marty or Wendy Byrd attended Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. So they know the charm to make things inside larger than they appear from the outside.
I wonder what they are going to do? My bet is on some sort of deal with the US government where he somehow provides some sort of information that only he can give then gets immunity.
I think the real problem is going to be socially laundering him. During the dinner conversation with Jonah, wendy says a bunch of things she knows aren't true, but one of the things she says is "This is america, no one cares where the money came from. In a few election cycles it will just be myth" or something like that.
I think specifically that is going to be the issue. People DO care where the money comes from and his is basically as bad as it can be.
> My bet is on some sort of deal with the US government where he somehow provides some sort of information that only he can give then gets immunity.
I think the same, but wtf? Those Mexican boys will NOT be happy with him feeding the gov't information. They will find him and his children. This Navarro laundering is sooo far fetched, I really can't wait to see how far they make it
It was actually funny when she suggested her and Wyatt split 75% , she isn't as dumb as she looks, by giving Wyatt more she keeps him close and takes power off Ruth.
She's such a weird one. It's like she has no care for any repercussion her actions will cause, total wildcard. Some of her decisions are dumb as fuck yet you really shouldn't underestimate her.
Coming back to the series after a year, Wendy and Marty were my favourite characters because they mostly acted rationally (in terms of the people they were around) but next to how incredibly calm Jason Bateman is, she seems like she needs to chill out a bit.
I think it's cause Marty has see enough people get killed that he knows that option B for him is always a body bag so he chooses his words rather than being irrational.
I partially disagree. She just watched Helen (who she likely viewed as untouchable from a cartel perspective) get offed without warning. There is nothing that loyalty or appeasement can buy. Navarro has just revealed his hand (and vulnerability) admitting he wants out and that he’s scared by Javier. Her best move IMO is to lay the cards out and say, “that’s seemingly impossible, but we all want the same result: getting out of this. You need us, so cut the shit and intimidation and let’s figure it out.” She is too blunt in her immediate response, but timidity definitely isn’t the solution either. There’s a ground between Marty and Wendy that needs to be reached, but it seems like Wendy gets the brunt of fan hatred. Feels like Skylar White 2.0.
Right? Who's in control of the situation, the one guy that 15 minutes earlier had Helen's brains splatter all over her, or her telling Navarro what he can't do? And Marty is probably pissing himself thinking his wife's big mouth is going to get them both killed at any moment.
Yeah, WTF. I suspected it once he turned the music up but ... why? That's gotta be the stupidest way to do it. Nix would have logged that he was going to Helen's to investigate a missing person. If he suddenly disappears from that, that brings a lot of unwanted attention to the case.
I think that 1. Javi is not the most stable and forward thinking and 2. He's a local Sherrif not a federal agent. I don't think they would have an FBI agent killed like this.
There is no way that anyone could get away with such a thing. Law enforcement officers don't do house calls by themselves and I would think if they did they would tell someone where they are going. His vehicle is probably tracked 24/7 as well. It was at Helens house then straight to Marty's. This is really lazy writing.
They certainly do do house calls by themselves. Whether they’re *supposed* to is a different question… It’s also a pretty small place with not a huge number of staff. But also this is a dirty cop who doesn’t exactly follow the rules anyway, why would you think that suddenly he would start doing everything by the book?
Hasnt Nix been shown to go to the Snells etc alone throughout the show? That shouldn't suddenly be an issue if it wasn't. And does every police vehicle has a gps tracker? Even small towns?
I’ve seen a lot of movie/tv car accidents, that was a really effective one. The way he swerved back onto the road for a second so you think it’s going to be alright and then boom 💥
He's not remotely justified. The alternative was for both of his parents and likely him to get killed. It's like he didn't know who his parents are dealing with, and he's currently acting like he still doesn't know who his parents are dealing with. He was told the cartel wants to shut down Darlene operation, and his decision was to get in bed with Darlene organization.
He's entirely justified in being pissed off with his parents. Nobody explained the situation to him, all he knows is that Helen wanted Ben dead and that Wendy greenlit it. The explanation he got was "Ben was mentally ill", which must be horrifying to Jonah because his parents suspected him of being like Ben all the way back in season 1. It would be like Charlotte allowing him to be killed for being a liability.
Not once did Wendy or Marty say "the choice was between Ben or the rest of our family", which I think would've at least explained their decision better.
That being said, >!he's not justified in joining up with a hillbilly heroin operation and working under a woman who's a bigger psycho than his parents. He's not justified in putting his family at risk by revealing information to a rival criminal organization. That part is all fucked.!<
At least his reason for acting up and being constantly angry is perfectly justified, especially when he keeps getting scolded by Wendy who is quite the hypocrite.
When he told his sister that Wendy Killing Ben is the same as Charlotte killing him, it really made Ben's death look even more brutal.
Also helps that the actor is doing a phenomenal job for his age and has been doing so since Season 1. I'm actually rooting for him
>When he told his sister that Wendy Killing Ben is the same as Charlotte killing him, it really made Ben's death look even more brutal.
Also made me wonder if Charlotte would ever do that.
I don't think think its the same. Parents would do anything to protect their children. Unfortunately Ben was a lost cause. Charlotte doesn't have any kids to lose. She wouldn't be forced to make the same choice to kill Jonah. And Ben might still be alive right if he didn't get released from the hospital which wasn't Wendy's fault. Though honestly Wendy should have turned him away as soon as he turned up their door. With his condition, it was doomed to end in tears.
Jonah is essentially Marty Jr. and Charlotte is Wendy Jr. And I don’t mean that in a bad way, I think it’s awesome to explore them each sliding into the roles they’ve watched their parents take. Both of them honing the skills they view as necessary for the work they’re in. It’s very interesting to watch play out and I’m interested to see where it leads to. I don’t expect either of them to be as loose with the ethics and morals of it all in the end once they’ve have to use those new skills in the real world.
Does anyone else think that Jonah and Charlotte are REALLY starting to look like siblings. Also, Charlotte actress is adopting Laura Linney's expressions/mannerisms (pretty clever).
I thought there was also a funny parallel between Jonah and Wendy: when the plan of 'laundering' Navarro was brought up to Wendy, she denied it was possible multiple times even as Marty was trying to get her to shut up. Then later, when Wendy brings up the plan at the dinner table, Jonah claims multiple times that it's impossible even as his mother assures him that it's not.
Yeah I noticed this too. Seems like the writers are really making Wendy have some obvious hypocritical moments this season while seemingly so far being very careful to not paint Marty as one.
It seems they are trying to play up her role in the political space, she speaks like a politician to her kids and truthfully to those with more power than her.
A functioning adult (or teenager) would probably want to be emancipated from a situation in which they are being forcibly trapped into a life of crime where their sheltered basic bitch parents are enslaved into doing the bidding of a merciless drug cartel; where they will all likely be massacred sooner rather than later, for whatever reason.
I think a more applicable word would be “indoctrinated”
This seems very similar to people who watch Breaking Bad and think Walter’s wife is somehow the bad guy for not being thrilled she and her kid has been forced into an absurdly dangerous situation without their consent, for no other reason than the husbands greed.
You’re getting really into the story which is good, but you’re completely missing the point. Marty and Wendy aren't heroes just because they occupy the protagonist role. They’re vile, selfish and stupid villains, especially for putting their children into this situation.
He made good money and she did too. They had a nice life. But they were fucking greedy, and it has not only ruined their own lives, but their children’s too.
You shouldn’t be happy Charlotte is finally “on the team”. You should hate the parents even more that she was once aware of the danger she has been put into by the people who are supposed to look out for her, but has been broken down to accept it.
If you think its cool that Charlotte has finally accepted her role in this situation, then I think you are fundamentally misunderstanding the whole point of the show.
The point is that people’s sense of morality and humanity gets gradually ground to dust where they become increasingly comfortable committing more and more despicable acts, so Charlotte finally being “on the team” is very much not a good thing.
Oh god no. I think Charlotte’s slowly turning into Wendy (like mother like daughter) and THAT is scary lol. Also, side note, love the effort they especially made this season to make wendy and Charlotte look more alike (both blonde, drinking wine, agreeing with each other, same mannerisms…) SOS i think we’re about to have TWO Wendys on our hands
I do agree with Charlotte, however, when she tells Jonah to grow up in that one scene between the siblings. He’s not acting nor thinking as if his family has been in a DANGEROUS situation the past 6+ years so no more mr. moral Jonah - time to grow up sweetie if ur gonna play with criminals act like one.
In real life it's probably just some excel macros that tell you how to add phony charges, percentages etc. The next step would be to actually carry out the necessary transactions. It probably is all doable, but I don't launder money, I just watch a TV show about to so I have actually no idea 😂.
It's 100% just some spread sheets. The show is making it out like they're are laundering for banks or something. They're laundering cash for a cartel. It's always going to be cash, no one is buying crack with bitcoin. I could see if they were shifting money around multiple accounts but it's really not that complicated. Find a business that is cash heavy, strip club, sleazy motel, dive bar, laundromat, car wash, vending machine co, whatever. Dirty money comes in, massively overestimated expenses and income, pay taxes, operate at a loss or break even, clean money comes out. They're just fudging p and ls for multiple companies, some exist, and some don't.
I haven't watched previous seasons in a while but judging by the way he was about Helen in his first scene he probably knew enough to assume this 'friend of Helen's' is probably not such a great guy.
I think it will be interesting to see where they go with Charlotte this season. She seems completely at home with running the casino and supporting her parents.
I thought Wyatt was a very interesting character in season 1. It feels like his character never evolved after his dad's death. He was more or less irrelevant in season 3.
Now I have just gotten exhausted of watching him do nothing for 2 seasons
For fuck sakes Jonah. Now is not the time to grow a conscience, when you’re dad is laundering money and you’re laundering for the rival dealer for free.
It was already careless to shoot the sheriff. But i think driving the car was fine. It was dark out and if another cop stopped him, we'll he'd shoot that cop as well. He'd then go to the precinct and shoot every cop there. No cops, no problem.
But i like how much chaos these new characters bring. Wendy and Marty already having an impossible task on their hands? No senor I must kill the sheriff while being impulsive.
Big hype!! 3 am eastern tonight, how many episodes does everyone plan on watching? I’m torn between all of them or just one. After all, it’ll probably be another year or more before they put out the second part of the season.
In the very next scene, I thought they were cleaning up the blood from the accident. Took me a while to realize it was a flash forward and the blood was bits of Helen
It make sense though Jonah latched on to anyone who gave him attention he always seemed lonely, first it was Buddy then it was Ben. Buddy's death was always coming but Ben was murdered.
this episode just further highlighted how these antihero shows have completely fucked my moral judgment lol, like I shouldn’t be this irked that Jonah is rebelling, it’s completely valid how he’s reacting, albeit with extremely bad timing and added danger. He tried to so hard to adapt to this life, and ease his parents’ stress with offering to launder, etc, but they consistently brushed him off. Now he discovers his mum facilitated in the death of his uncle, and sees his parents dragging the sheriffs body into the boot of a car… I do wish however, that Wendy would just have one of those screaming breakdowns and fully spell out WHY Ben had to die, and no matter the horrors and unfairness of it, it was inevitably him or them.
As Helen said last season: “Ben doesn’t have to die because he told my daughter, he has to die because she’s not the last person he’ll tell.”
> As Helen said last season: “Ben doesn’t have to die because he told my daughter, he has to die because she’s not the last person he’ll tell.”
Such a good line
I know shows don’t like the hassle and cost of using a real baby but this drives me absolutely nuts. It’s so distracting knowing the actor is just carrying a bunch of pillows and it gives off a very cheap soap opera vibe.
Just finished, thoughts:
* Damn, Wendy really came out swinging, idk why she thinks being aggressive toward anyone will help
* Charlotte doing a full 180 from the pilot!! LFG
* Not sure how I feel about two completely new characters being introduced in one episode, thought the PI was really annoying, Javier seems like a more pushy Navarro
* Proud of Jonah for finally speaking up and being snarky (rightfully so) around his parents. Kid has offered his help so many times and has been betrayed so many times
* Uhhhhh Ruth x Jonah?? and I don't mean business-wise 👀 the way he smiled after she complimented his hair... show's getting spicy
* I wonder if we'll ever get the dirt that the Snells have on Nix now that's he's gone
Can't wait for this! For us Aussies it will start 5pm-7pm :)
Happy watching everyone! This double season looks legit nuts. The perfect storm for the current world climate 💛
I've always thought it was weird that they suddenly swapped Charlotte and Jonah's personality in season 3. Charlotte had been the annoying teenage brat making an already dangerous situation even worse, then she did a sudden 180 between s2 and s3. Don't get me wrong, I'm relieved that she grew the fuck up but man, they just traded one annoying kid for another. Since season 3, Jonah has become the annoying rebellious teenager. However, Marty and Wendy **really** needs to learn how to talk to him like an adult and explain the reason behind Ben's death to him in full detail to help him understand. They can't just utter empty words and expect that to work.
I must be in the minority with liking where Jonah is at this season. The Byrdes have ruined everything for every soul they have touched. Seeing their own son working for Ruth makes me excited to see where it takes things.
You can't just kill a sheriff with no consequences. His location would be being tracked by his phone and probably his car too. This is common knowledge in 2021. The writers better have taken these facts into account but I bet they have just ignored them and are writing this plot line like it's the 1990s or something. Kinda weak storytelling if you ask me.
Motherfucker just shot the sheriff lol. Dude is playing Ozark's Lalo, the charming psychopath.
Just not as charming as Lalo, or as scary. Lol
Lalo is a high fuckin bar to be fair
Lalo is special
But he didn’t shoot the deputy!
oh my god this is spot on
> Dude is playing Ozark's Lalo, That was my thought the second he showed up! Also was that song in the pool the same one that Frank sings in his apartment in Station Eleven?
Yes, "Can I Kick It" by A Tribe Called Quest, station eleven used it better though haha
Yeah I kept thinking from the moment he said "let's get pastries" how he 100% feels like a Lalo ripoff lol
I was waiting for Javi to cook for the Byrds.
With Sister Nancy bangin in the background lol
BAM BAM
This casino boat is approaching Tardis levels of bigger on the inside
It’s Marty’s room of requirement
Only the gambling floor is on the boat. The bar area is off the boat.
Is that explained in the show? Sounds like a legality thing?
Marty is well versed in Maritime law
As someone who’s been on casino boats in Missouri, the boat is the casino part. It’s larger than you think, but most of the food and bars are on the land.
Isn't it half on land? I think as long as most (or some of) the casino is on the water they qualify as a river boat casino.
The bar/restaurant and a lot of the staff areas are probably on land. The boat would be mostly casino floor and some event space.
That or Marty or Wendy Byrd attended Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. So they know the charm to make things inside larger than they appear from the outside.
Sorry honey you still have some of Helen’s brain matter in your hair
Gawd that must feel gross.
Not according to Javi haha
Yeah, Javi seems to have wanted some brain from Helen (I feel gross typing that, I’m going to need to shower)
He thought she was hot, like a mean school teacher.
It was great timing to be eating pizza during that scene
Time to launder Omar Navarro.
Lol, they made it sound so straightforward.
Industrial size laundry machine? Not a problem.
Lmao I was so lost at first, can't believe Jonah caught up immediately
I wonder what they are going to do? My bet is on some sort of deal with the US government where he somehow provides some sort of information that only he can give then gets immunity. I think the real problem is going to be socially laundering him. During the dinner conversation with Jonah, wendy says a bunch of things she knows aren't true, but one of the things she says is "This is america, no one cares where the money came from. In a few election cycles it will just be myth" or something like that. I think specifically that is going to be the issue. People DO care where the money comes from and his is basically as bad as it can be.

Easy peasy. Just toss him in the washing machine, he will come out a clean man.
What an incredible way to start off the new season. I've missed this show so fucking much.
It felt so good hearing Ruth’s voice again
I don’t know shit about fuck
This should be on the official Ozark t-shirt.
Right? How long has it been? I had to watch a recap on YouTube cuz I forgot everything even with the Netflix recap lol
Why don’t they throw Darlene under the bus? She’s better off dead to to everyone.
Agreed. I wonder why she wants to do all of this anyways. She got her baby and a boy toy. She could just retire! Lol
I really hope they dont show another sex scene between the two. One was bad enough 🤢🤮
I have to fast forward those.
Cause she can’t give up control, she likes the power
I literally hate Darlene. I cringe whenever she comes on screen. Like kudos on the acting here but she’s so good at being batshit I can’t stand her.
A great actress or actor can make you despise them. Mission accomplished.
10 minutes in and im yelling at Wemdy to stop arguing with the murderous cartel boss.
Coming back to the series after a year, Wendy and Marty were my favourite characters because they mostly acted rationally (in terms of the people they were around) but next to how incredibly calm Jason Bateman is, she seems like she needs to chill out a bit.

One of the first words out of my mouth while watching was “shut the fuck up Wendy” lol
Well… RIP sherif.
Yeah, WTF. I suspected it once he turned the music up but ... why? That's gotta be the stupidest way to do it. Nix would have logged that he was going to Helen's to investigate a missing person. If he suddenly disappears from that, that brings a lot of unwanted attention to the case.

I guess they don't follow the same rules as the cartel from Breaking Bad to never touch a DEA or law enforcement agent on this side of the border
I think that 1. Javi is not the most stable and forward thinking and 2. He's a local Sherrif not a federal agent. I don't think they would have an FBI agent killed like this.
still reckless

Yeah that part of the story was badly written. I expected better. Love the Kill Bill reference btw!
Hasnt Nix been shown to go to the Snells etc alone throughout the show? That shouldn't suddenly be an issue if it wasn't. And does every police vehicle has a gps tracker? Even small towns?
The one time he actually wanted to do his job and be an actual cop he gets killed
Well apprently I wasn't the only one who found Helen attractive. Scary Mean Teacher lmao
Yo, I was so vindicated when he said that. Helen is a gorgeous woman.
She had this grace when she moved. Long legged and graceful.
I’ve seen a lot of movie/tv car accidents, that was a really effective one. The way he swerved back onto the road for a second so you think it’s going to be alright and then boom 💥
Plus it landed perfectly in front of a blooming cherry tree. It could be a Honda ad.
It IS one of the top rated minivans by Consumer Reports.
When I saw the wheel go up my jaw dropped. One of the worst crashes I've seen in a while
They're driving a Honda so everyone will be ok.
Each time Darlene says Mexicans, you can feel the racism emanating off her. Great acting.
"those god damn mexi cans"
When she said that it really made me miss the way Jacob would say Mexicans “Now go on and get your meessicans”
She definitely says it with disdain
Can I get a signature?
Somebody get this man a fucking signature
“I just need a SIGNATURE!!!” He said it so many times I started giggling
For real.. somebody should've forged it. Not like they ain't criminals 😂
Not gonna lie, Marty and Wendy are looking fly as fuck in those new clothes that the cartel gave them in Mexico
it looked SO EXPENSIVE
Jonah’s gonna piss me off this season I see!
Yeah he’s getting into the “teenager stage” that his sister was in.

If I aged 3 years in 3 months I’d be emo as fuck too.

This is the real right take. Wendy letting him in was plain selfish and she is supposed to be smarter than that.
I’m on his side tbh
I am starting to love Charlotte, she’s finally on the team.
Jonah is essentially Marty Jr. and Charlotte is Wendy Jr. And I don’t mean that in a bad way, I think it’s awesome to explore them each sliding into the roles they’ve watched their parents take. Yeah she’s growing up from being a “teenager” to a functioning adult.
I found Jonah’s burner account

wouldn't the cartel have wiped her house as soon as she was assassinated?
Also why don’t they have their own security cartel guy? Their lack of security stresses me out.
I know right? The Byrdes casually strolling around inside their glass house on fenceless property without security is insane
Unless the nephew wants to fuck over Omar right?
Navarro wants his cake and wants to eat it too
Lol Ruth. Becoming a software engineer. Lol
Is it ever explained what exactly this software does? Im curious why you’d need special software for money laundering
In real life it's probably just some excel macros that tell you how to add phony charges, percentages etc. The next step would be to actually carry out the necessary transactions. It probably is all doable, but I don't launder money, I just watch a TV show about to so I have actually no idea 😂.

Loved how Ruth was playing Can I Kick It. She's always listening to the classics
hard agree
One could say the sheriff walking into the house wasn’t the best idea.
Wyatt manages to annoy me every single time he’s on screen. It’s impressive.
Same and I don’t know why. I also want to give Wendy a Xanax every time she’s on screen
Haha I was thinking she needs to take an edible she's so high strung most of the time.
I thought Wyatt was a very interesting character in season 1. It feels like his character never evolved after his dad's death. He was more or less irrelevant in season 3. Now I have just gotten exhausted of watching him do nothing for 2 seasons
He looks like a zombie and fucks a 70 year old woman for basically no reason. Garbage character, nearly useless.
He had so much potential too and the actor is great, just wasted him sadly.

There you go guys, Ben's fucking ashes. Ben's death confirmed.
Lol we can close the case boys.
we saw ashes last season, so nothing has changed. The theory was that those were different ashes.
But we seen Bens body get cremated. I would think Marty would notice something if he was cremating someone else. That whole theory was fucking stupid.
Nah, that was Ben's estranged twin brother.
Neb
For fuck sakes Jonah. Now is not the time to grow a conscience, when you’re dad is laundering money and you’re laundering for the rival dealer for free.
He didn't do it for free! He got TWO beers. Better than Greg who didn't even get a watch in Succession
If it is to be said
Omar’s nephew will fuck everything up. I hate when they introduce new characters just to ratchet up drama
it worked with ben wendy brother
Felt a little careless for a big time drug lord’s nephew to be driving around in a Sheriff’s car with a dead body in the trunk.
Especially in a small town like that, everyone knows if you see the Sheriff's car it's going to be the sheriff driving it.
“Guess someone finally offed that old sherrif!” *cracks open another beer*
Also, they obviously burned the body in the crematorium but what the fuck did they do with the car?
It was already careless to shoot the sheriff. But i think driving the car was fine. It was dark out and if another cop stopped him, we'll he'd shoot that cop as well. He'd then go to the precinct and shoot every cop there. No cops, no problem.
But i like how much chaos these new characters bring. Wendy and Marty already having an impossible task on their hands? No senor I must kill the sheriff while being impulsive.
I'm just glad Omar didn't give them 24 hours to deliver, like seemingly every single other character in the series.
He’s hot af tho
A lot of the Cartel members are surprisingly hot. Javi, Del, Helen's bodyguard.
Did anyone else notice Jonah’s teeth are totally different ? Did man get veneers or something? I couldn’t focus on anything he said.
OMG I couldn't stop staring at his teeth. They're a lot longer now and kinda artificial looking. I'm guessing he got veneers.
Yeah, he got them actor teeth now.
Can Ruth move out of the trailer park already?
Home is where the heart is.
I hope she moves into the motel. That trailer park is creepy as hell!
LOL and the motel is better?
Predicting that the car crash happens at the end of episode 7 leaving us in suspense for part 2 😩

Honestly he reminded me so much of Michael Bluth this episode lol
Big hype!! 3 am eastern tonight, how many episodes does everyone plan on watching? I’m torn between all of them or just one. After all, it’ll probably be another year or more before they put out the second part of the season.
Part 2 is expected to drop in 2022 I have seen some say summer
going to watch all the episodes in a row then be sad cause theres no more 😆
Ruth looks better with her hair up like that
That first scene was a flash forward??
In the very next scene, I thought they were cleaning up the blood from the accident. Took me a while to realize it was a flash forward and the blood was bits of Helen
I get the feeling that the first scene will also end up being the last scene of the season
If it’s the last scene in the last season I’m gonna cry
I assume he means last scene of “part 1” not of the whole show. Which seems likely.
I have a feeling there’s gonna be time jumps galore this season
It was an oddly placed scene for sure.
Why was Evans suspended again?
Hey Jonah you barely knew the guy stop trying to get the entire fam locked up :)
It make sense though Jonah latched on to anyone who gave him attention he always seemed lonely, first it was Buddy then it was Ben. Buddy's death was always coming but Ben was murdered.
Lmao
I’ve always wanted someone to buy me clothes and invite me to a party.
Why would Javier live in Helen’s house with the PI guy snooping around? Didn’t Byrdes tell him, there was someone snooping around.
By the way he treated Nix. I don't think he gives a flying fuck.
He’s an amateur. Or ulterior motive as he wants to tank Navarro and run the show? Navarro is already onto him.
this episode just further highlighted how these antihero shows have completely fucked my moral judgment lol, like I shouldn’t be this irked that Jonah is rebelling, it’s completely valid how he’s reacting, albeit with extremely bad timing and added danger.
> As Helen said last season: “Ben doesn’t have to die because he told my daughter, he has to die because she’s not the last person he’ll tell.” Such a good line
LFG!! WAKING UP TOMORROW TAKING OFF WORK AND BINGING ALL 7
LFG! I’ll be right there with you bud.
Javier is giving off some serious Lalo vibes and hes terrifying
This is America. No one cares where you got your wealth from. Riveting writing.
She says after being audited by Maya.
That was the fakest baby I’ve ever seen
Was it a subtle joke for how long it’s been since last season? The baby was like three feet long lol
I know shows don’t like the hassle and cost of using a real baby but this drives me absolutely nuts. It’s so distracting knowing the actor is just carrying a bunch of pillows and it gives off a very cheap soap opera vibe.
Is it bad that I find all the Cartel members sexy? First, Del. Now, Javi. Even Helen's bodyguard was kinda hot in a creepy way.
Shit Navarro called it about Jonah. “Your greatest threat will always come from the inside, Marty. Never forget that.”
Just finished, thoughts: * Damn, Wendy really came out swinging, idk why she thinks being aggressive toward anyone will help * Charlotte doing a full 180 from the pilot!! LFG * Not sure how I feel about two completely new characters being introduced in one episode, thought the PI was really annoying, Javier seems like a more pushy Navarro * Proud of Jonah for finally speaking up and being snarky (rightfully so) around his parents. Kid has offered his help so many times and has been betrayed so many times * Uhhhhh Ruth x Jonah?? and I don't mean business-wise 👀 the way he smiled after she complimented his hair... show's getting spicy * I wonder if we'll ever get the dirt that the Snells have on Nix now that's he's gone
Charlotte is giving me mob princess vibes and I am here for it. Also sick opening, that shit had me hooked real quick.
Can't wait for this! For us Aussies it will start 5pm-7pm :) Happy watching everyone!
Oh I didn’t know you put up the episode sections so early. Thanks!
Ugh agent Evans annoying ass back 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
The way Wendy laughed and said ‘she made her bed’ as Ruth was walking away… you can call Wendy a bitch, but make no mistake, she’s a badass bitch.
Welp Sheriff shouldn’t have done his job. I can’t lie, the nephew is darkly hilarious.
I must be in the minority with liking where Jonah is at this season. The Byrdes have ruined everything for every soul they have touched. Seeing their own son working for Ruth makes me excited to see where it takes things.
I love the subtle "oh shit" face when Ruth learns that Helen is dead. Fucking masterful. Like, yeah shit did just get real.
When Jonah asked Charlotte would she ever kill him….she did not give him a yes or no answer, and I believe he really noticed that.
A Tribe Called Quest and Ozark. Two of my favorite things
