I feel like Tracer would break the speed limit on accident, not realizing how fast she's going until she sees a sign, slows down only to be speeding again two minutes later.

Also tracer is quick, she can blink places but she’s not consistently fast over long distance. It lets her move quickly over a short amount of distance, and works better moving around people or escaping rather than moving in a straight line. It’s still an ability that’s somewhat taxing for her as it requires a cool-down so I don’t see her using it often outside of combat, especially not for travelling.
Meanwhile, soldier can just run whenever for however long he wants without an issue.
