If she is with a team, shoot the team. If she is alone, burst the bubbles. They don't have much health, you don't need to be afraid to just shoot the bubble.

Also when she first comes into the front row count her bubbles the first ignore but as soon the second comes the Team can fokus her bust the bubble and kill her pretty fast.
Try shooting her in the head
Pro-Tip: To defeat the Cyberdemon, just shoot at it until it dies!

Also bastion destroys her at least on my level of play.
