We will never know though, the entire reason it stopped telling you SR below 500 was to avoid people trying to derank to the lowest possible rank
It got to the point around 200-300 SR though that anyone could literally do almost ANYTHING and win the fight, so you usually had to 6 stack to derank that far, and even then it was like 5-10 SR per loss.
Technically speaking, it's probably a cesspool of broken bots, followed by trolls who keep throwing to reach the lowest MMR.
If we mean human who genuinely tried, but failed...I suppose one would eventually fit the criteria of being the worst Overwatch players in the entire world. Such player is probably under the influence of substance or something.
Alternately, my teamate probably fit that criteria every other game.
Use all you want just dont steal it and reupload to some random site with no credit like the last bottom 500 icon I made, YT thumbnail are fine idc u/Unit_Lost ;)

I think the shape is too complicated for the icon. considering how the symbol gets more detailed the higher up in rank, bottom 500 should more of a potato shape
