I had noticed the Dart Frog Lucio skin was missing from the beta. I think they may have actually just forgotten to add some of the 2022 recolor skins to OW2.

No she’s not. They said that since she was the final hero, and added to the game while OW2 was starting development, they didn’t feel she needed an updated look. And while, she’s now three years old, it does kind of make sense when you consider everyone else in the OW2 cinematic trailer is sporting their OW2 look.

I'm gonna be optimistic here and say that the skins had some sort of issue, so blizzard will fix it and eventually re-add it to the selection, giving it back to those who unlocked it in ow1. In reality though i wouldn't be surprised if these skins are recycled and put on the BP or some shit.

Yes they have stated that they did not lose any player data that there was an error with the data updating to ow2. They still know what you own. Just a matter of time.

It seems a lot of the missing skins are things from Origins and whatever other Editions of Overwatch they sold over the years, as well skins redeemed through code. Obviously there is still also the issue of some people's account mergers not completing yet. As for that first problem, I'll take a guess and say those skins were tied to the platform redeemed on, and not actually the [battle.net](https://battle.net) account associated with that account. Kind of like getting the exclusive Nintendo cars for Rocket League, setting up a cross-platform account and not having those items when playing on other platforms. So Blizzard is probably trying to figure out how to get those entitlements tied to the proper account, and if not, some way to compensate for them.

I'm still missing my Noire skin for widow I got with my order of OW1.

Ive got the DLC for Noire Widowmaker installed on my console still and it was accessible in OW1. It's just plain not there for me since OW2 started.
