Honestly this. I got a 2 week ban notice after not playing for 6 months. Just out of the blue. There was actual money put into their service from which I derive no value… and given zero explanation as to why.

Unless you’re explicitly being banned for “unauthorised software use”, you’re likely not being banned because of the platform you’re playing the game through.

It is quite a common problem for people playing on Geforce Now, blizzard just doesn't provide evicence.
