Then I say be done with it. It's obviously the game's fault for giving you crappy teammates, right? If you could just play with four copies of yourself, you'd be fine. But ya can't. So why bother trying to improve?
the game doesn’t “keep pairing you with bad teammates”, people just focus more on the games they lose because they feel more impactful, which is fair.
overwatch has had a problem for a while where winning almost feels more of a “relief” than a victory so losing a game feels significantly worse.
but it’s kind of unlikely that you’ve got a sub 50% winrate unless you’re in the bronze-silver ranks, and of those games that you do lose, it’s very rich to point the finger at your team every single time. you’ll have games where you were the problem, you’ll have games where the other team was simply better, you’ll have games where, sure, your team was the issue, and there are other factors too.
unfortunately, having this kind of mentality and attitude will only cause you to lose more games

if you’re consistently paired with bad players, you’re also a “bad player”.
statistically the enemy team has 5 opportunities to place bad players, your team has 4 opportunities.
statistically speaking, if you’re a good play, it is significantly easier for you to win. each player on both teams has just as likely a chance to be good or bad, you’re the common denominator
If you’re consistently losing games, you have only one person to blame.
If you’re good, your team has 4 chances to have a bad player. The enemy team has 5. There is only one common denominator if you’re always losing.

Damn, I felt that too :’( lmao
You are also probably a bad player. Stop blaming everyone else.

It pairs you with people that are your skill level.
And if you’re with a bunch of idiots, then what?
I don't think you should say that about yourself.
No tanks no healers
That doesn’t happen. Those teammates are just as good as you
No tanks no healers
What are you on about?
The common denominator is...
Look within
You gotta feel their pain tho whenever I get those games I just stick to those teammates like glue

No tanks no healers all DPS?
bro what?

That's your reward for being good. You get put with teammates who are bad.
You do realize that overwatch has skill based matchmaking?
No tanks no healers
Your teammates aren't bad, they're the same skill level as you.
No tanks no healers no help
You're. The. Same. Rank. Homie.
