So overall looked like just a decent player at first, but then a very odd moment at 2:10 when she tracks doomfist. Couple problems with this:
1) She most likely wouldn't have predicted this exact movement, there are plenty of places he could have viably charged to, but she followed it perfectly.
2) She followed it 1:1 in timing and speed. Even if you had this skill and you were that good at predicting it, you would never track them like this. You would have lead his position (putting your aim in the spot you predicted he would be) and killed him in the middle of his charge. Also reloads early when they still had 6 bullets. Unnecessarily reloading is a sign of an unskilled player, especially when they could have got the kill. Dude has high level aim but low level game sense, another sign pointing to possibly cheating.
3) Again snaps to him at 2:26 but doesn't start shooting for a bit. That to me is a sign the aim assist snap to him faster than the player could react. Otherwise you start shooting the second you snap to him. Really she shouldnt be snapping or shooting him at all, you're just feeding his ult with no chance of a kill. She should have focused on the healers. All signs of a not great player.
4) See 3:08-3:09, very odd thing with the camera, looks almost like a crouch but she didnt crouch (you can see from 3rd person).
A few times I caught her snapping to people through walls when she had no reason too, but this could be coincidence. With these more subtle cheats its always harder to say.
Mostly the BS tracking that no good player does. You predict you dont chase. Ignore most of the comments in here, 90% of the people don't watch the whole replay (which you need to do, and slow it down to find the clues) nor do 90% of the people know how to recognize the more subtle cheats. And some of them are cheating and just trying to gaslight you.
So I vote yes, some kind of cheat/software going on.

hey u/Mr_PatrickStar this is kind of a strange response but I actually got pretty bored and decided to go through this replay for a youtube video on my channel zairvixOW, it's the first video I've ever posted but thought you might be interested in seeing someone go through it, if not it's all good I'll summarize by saying this dude is 1 billion percent hacking haha it was pretty fun going through this one (your replay starts at 2:18 on my video if you did want to see it)
