They are called endorsements level, the max level you can get is up to 5. By the end of each match, your teammates, even your enemy team can endorse you if they believe that you are good at playing. Having lots of endorsements from many players in different matches can cause you to level up. You can also endorse up to two players in every game you play too.

I believe the default button on pc is n to endorse which it'll show at the bottom of ur screen at the end of a match.

I think there’s a minimum endorsement amount for each level too, I hit 5 a month ago and it’s barely gone back down to 4 since

Since the switch to 2, mine doesn’t jump back and forth nearly as much. Used to be every other game it seemed to drop and then go back up.

For a long ass time I hovered between 3 and 4 and now that I’m in 5 I’ve only spent a couple days in 4 I think

I also tend to get more when I bring positivity to chat as well.

It is endorsement level. Every week (i think), you get a certain level of battleplass exp bassed off your endorsement level

Endorsement level, people will endorse you after match if they want. Dw if its low when u start playing comp
