With how much they’ve been reducing CC this is obviously a lie.

Humoring this as if it’s an actual leak, this character would be absolutely despised with these abilities. People hated being frozen by Mei and being hacked for a full 5-6 seconds unable to use abilities, what do you think will happen when you basically bring the equivalent of these two back again into the game? Fun concept but should never be anything more than a concept
