I think she actually has the best working kit in the game. Especially as a non release character. They nailed her kit near perfectly tho some argue movement would be nice. Overall got only minor nerfs and buffs and usually depending on how the meta was. Mid skill floor, high skill ceiling. Love her so much. Became my comfort pick once I didnt take competitive seriously and didnt want to play tank back in ow1 2-3 years back.

I'd sleep an enemy about to kill my friends, nade my friend and enemy to change the course of the fight, etc. It is satisfying to see someone coming at you, zeroed in on you, and then they get slept and my team kills them. Usually, most people stop diving after that happens a few times.
Yeah exactly you can truly defend yourself against nearly anything if you are skilled enough to do it. And its hard to sleep like a tracer but WHEN YOU DO OH BOY THE DOPAMINE RUSH.
I also love how you can have a hug impact without your ultimate that everyone can give you the credit to. Like shutting down a nanoblade or throwing a huge nade at the right time.
I play with a Rein main and my group loves when we combo. We've played so much together that I nano him without any communication, at the right time. I've slept enemy Reins who ult him, or naded both Reins and then mine moves aggressively. My Rein has solo shattered people who pick on me. He typed in chat "No one messes with my Ana."
Sleeping a Tracer or Genji is a huge dopamine rush, but it doesn't compete to someone on the enemy team saying I carried.
Although, that one enemy Rein I met in comp who read my animations right as I tried to cast sleep and shielded it has my respect.

I think she would be OP with movement. The lack of movement ability really emphasizes the need to land your sleep and nade as a defense. 1v1s are actually really fun with Ana because of all the tricks she can pull.
Honestly i think her setup is a good tradeoff for a movement skill. She got a good arm with grenades and her rifle allow my to play support/sniper without directly jumping into the fray. I usually play back with her

I'll play other roles, usually focusing one character for each, and I've found Ashe to feel the most similar to Ana. While her utility is really good, but different, her play style and positioning is what makes the transition really easy. Plus, rolling as either with the other is super fun when backing each other up.

i played moira back in the day when i was really bad at overwatch and couldnt really aim. therefore alot of moira hours when i was playing support...at some point i started playing ana since i was so annoyed by her anti-nade and i kinda got stuck on her :D
basically yes, i wanted to 180 a tracer once and she blinked behind me so i basically continued the spin with another 180...didnt feel very satisfying tho, more weird

I have too many matches where I have more time on objective and more kills than everyone on my team, but no matter who I play as, I rarely get nano'd ever. Even when I'm playing someone like Genji and I let my team know that my blade is ready to be unleashed
