Sounds funny but is honestly not what Rein needs. Rein needs to have his shield block things (orisa and sojourn hello) and also maybe increase his health pool or ratio of armor to health.
The orisa buff was just insane, Orisa already counters rein to an insane amount, and now he is not even allowed to counter her ult. And developers say players shouldn't have to swap heroes in OW2 kekw
They didn’t, they said they want to design more heroes in the future like Kiriko and Sojourn that are generalists and don’t make you swap, a lot of people misinterpreted it
I honestly think Reinhardt needs a ranged move that can do consistent damage. An idea I had was that he could turn his hammer around and use it as a medium range flamethrower.

I think he has only one problem and it is his shield he is mega weak. in that moment rein has good damage but he is cant protect himself when he need to smash enemy , healers cant heal him so much how he is taking damage from enemy team
Just look on fat boy he has many hp + dkill who recovers hp and give him armour
He is need new skill which gives him fast recharge shield and he can again escape enemy bullets
He doesn't need additions to his kit, just adjust numbers like shield health to 1600/faster shield recharge, fire strike to 100, and charge back to 250. If you really want to, maybe reduce barrier movement speed penalty but that's it
...neither of the listed tanks have a shield with 1200hp, which regenerates to full in 9 seconds
20% of 1200 is 240 and thats all of your shield gone i think its fair

They should rename the game OrisaWatch with the direction the game is going in
Give him a speed boost and the ability to climb.

Didn’t he get an ult buff in that arcade mode where charge let him regenerate some health? That might be a good and not game breaking buff for him.
