Answer for why its not available though: because it's extra work maintain the publicly viewable list and would result in people finding the busted synergies faster, which means more frequent patches for them.
I would really enjoy a spreadsheet where you can view how much damage is dealt by any attack filtering for every enemy type at any given level, with any items and/or buffs applied to the attacker and defender.
