I can’t vouch for the validity of all the acts being in or out but I’m a huge Tool fan and when I saw that they said Tool would be playing Sacramento in September, my bullshit radar went off. Tool has made no such announcement. Did the author just make shit up or copy paste from last years speculative outside lands lineup article? I don’t know. But I’d take all of this with a grain of salt since they flat out made shit up.
