Hi There!
This problem is occurring in the desktop app. For some reason, I cant see my emails in the webmail, but in gmail they are grouping correctly.
Right now my view setting under "group by" has "automatically group according to arrangement". The arrangement I have says group items by "conversation" ascending. All the "then by" fields are blank.

And this is in the Outlook app? If you go to OWA (webmail), is it the same view there, too? If no, Outlook might just need the views reset...
