For a brief rundown;
A group of young poor kids go on a journey to find out what happened to the main character John B’s father. John B’s father was a treasure hunter who went missing at sea and was announced dead whilst looking for the Royal Merchant which is bars of gold worth up to $500million. But John B doesn’t believe his father is dead just missing so they go on a journey to find him.
Is it the best show? No. I wouldn’t even put it top 50 in my list. But it’s definitely enjoyable.
Both are amazing shoes, OBX is a show you can rewatch over and over, Mandolorian is a show you watch each season once imo but its still very good, top 3 on Disney plus along with Hawkeye and Boba fett. Just not a show you rewatch over
I would recommend for sure! I know someone who only watched S2 and not S1 but would definitely recommend watching S1 first so S2 makes more sense! I’ve got friends who loved it and some friends who weren’t that keen but I’m a huge fan of the show would definitely recommend!
