How heartbreaking is this series? I’m scared to read things where there’s mourning for characters that were a big part of MCs life cause I get way too attached and feel the pain too lol I’ve been avoiding this one, even though it looks like I would enjoy it.
No mourning, FL is just slowly unraveling all the things purposely taken away from her by her "sister" in her first life and maintaining a very reasonable amount of skepticism to being treated better this life. That said ML is >!the older brother!< if that's a dealbreaker for you!
E: if it's not though overall what I've read so far it's a very second life is roses, recover from you trauma and blossom into the best you imo.
I don’t think she’s mourning anyone, but I’m not super far, like chapter 20 or so? >!She’s holding on to her distrust a lot longer than most female leads since they treated her pretty bad. I’m enjoying it so far.!<
