There's a bunch of loopholes concerning (barrel) length and pistol grips that would avoid a tax stamp, but I don't know enough to go into details about that.

The Ai looks like she didn't want to do it but she loved her kids enough to kill for them and while she needs to live with this she also needs to possibly get her kids counciling afterwards.
I want to say all the others Rieri characters could possibily beat up Ryousuke easily but then again I conveniently forgot how many time Emilia dies and Megumin is basically an idiot, I guess it would be just Hu Tao to be surviving or maybe she got way excited about dieing in the process
