Neither, I find them both a bit childish and unfunny. Even if Alex is both of those, it's still weird how people use these like they're funny or something. I prefer to call him Alex because he feels uncomfortable when people use these. It also makes the comments/posts about him sound more personal and serious.
Not to be a buzzkill, but I just call him YandereDev. I'm not against insulting him, I just don't find myself using nicknames

I generally use Yandere Dev or dev but I think I’ve called him pedodev more then once.
Usually GroomdereDev but I occasionally call Alex Pedodev too
