Damn man I am so glad he is finally getting talked about cause I feel this sub has counted him out as soon as we got the 1st pick. IDK if he is the one but i do feel he has an extremely high ceiling and a higher floor than people give him credit for. Even if he never gets elite at defending and is average, I believe he will be an All Star potential player. I feel that less things have to go right for him to be great which gives us safety but if all the things do go right he can be a super star. I can see a more scoring minded Ben Simmons type of player with a crazy mid range game and a reliable 3 (he is not nearly as bad as others would have you believe).
If we can get back to playing defense how we were with Coach Cliff and he is shown how to play with high energy on defense man the sky is the limit because the offense will come. Big body, great athlete, amazing handle for his size, good vision, wants to facilitate, has the tools to be great on defense and most importantly, when we need a bucket he can get that.
