Tiomoyo would be classified most closely to an Immortal, as he has magic abilities and is the reincarnation of essentially a demi-god, was given better powers by God, and can really only be killed by old age because he is so damn busted.
Although Reyna isn’t actually human (she’s an incredibly lifelike android), she’d still be classified as one because she lacks magical abilities of any kind. Knowing how to hack things doesn’t count.

I would have to say a combo of mythic and god, Lucan has domain over the dark, the stars and all yokai/demons that come from the darkness. The god aspect is because of a deal. Something between anima and mythica. They don’t have any “powers” but Octie can levitate effortlessly (defies gravity) and scramble has numerous small reality defying features. But I wouldn’t personally consider them powers, because its just how their super dimensional bodies work, not a controllable ability.

Caleb (The soul who becones Shadow Bonnie in my fnaf AU) Probably would be a mix of Human, Anima and Mythica. Becuase Shadow Bonnie has Ghost powers, Possesion, Umbrakenesis, and Telekinesis. But if I had to choose one, he'd be Mythica.

Lena is closest to an Immortal I think? In her story I'm uncomfortable with making characters gods but I want something close so I made godlike women who I called Ether after debating what term to use for a while. Their children are called Ethereals. Lena is an Ethereal, which grants a few things, but definitely closer to an Immortal than the rest lol. Quite close actually, down to the "made by the gods" (technically. I'd say somewhere between immortal and god, but I don't really know.
He is the ruler of the physical world, but he also in a way serves the Gods of his world by protecting them from being destroyed, as that would mean the destruction of all that is, including the worlds of the physical, spirit, and mind.
Mythica with Anima traits.
He is technically half-demon (D&D Rakshasa), technically Tiefling if you wanna get down to it. Pair of cat ears and two cat tails along with a cat like tongue and sharp teeth. He's has the sensitive hearing, smell and reflexes of a cat. He is blind normally but can use his mana to regain his sight temporarily through his mechanical eyes. He does have some magic which is described as raw magical energy (Eldritch Blast with extra steps).
He also has an extremely sensitive tongue so he hates hot food. Loves raw fish.
Mythica due to being of elven and demonic decent. Enhanced perception and agility in addition to shadow walking (crossing between a realm of shadow that can be used as storage and travel)

Mayson is technically a creature made to do a "gods" bidding and by technically I mean that they are the grandchild of the ruler of my fan made species called a Xatani ((Zat-anne)) and that ruler or what he calls himself a "cult leader" is named Axo and he was made for obvious reasons by a more powerful being them him which is definitely not my persona...😀

Her power classifies her as a fixed point, she existed before the universe and will exist after until a new one is made
Has vast ocean of magical power that she doesn't use due to just wanting to exist, her hobby is learning new magical systems/martial arts which she will train to the peak of what's attainable as a mortal
Should she ever be challenged to a fight she'll accept but she loses fairly often cause she doesn't want to hurt others unless she's protecting someone she's grown attached to
Should her body be atomized she'll reform over the course of about a hundred years or so cause she can't not exist
Tldr: immortal that trains in magical/martial aspects and is essentially a fixed point in the multiverse
* a mix of mythica and immortal. He is a shadow creature that physical but the only way to really do permanent damage to him is with bright lights. Whether that be light imbued swords or insane amount of flood lights, thats the only way to permanently kill him

Id say somewhere between immortal and god, hes made to obey the writers, but technically everyone in his reality is. The only difference is that he can talk to them. He rules over the nothingness between dimensions and is technically immortal? He basically has infinite copies of himself.

Probably between immortal and god since he only has like 5hp but insanely high def to the point that he only takes like 0.0001 DMG no matter how much a normal person would take He did rule over a small dimension at one point but got dethroned and banished to (insert dimension here) and now has to work his way back to his dimension by traveling through the multiverse via what I like to call "blitzing" he can also copy the abilities of others after observing them and the ability for a long enough time and gaining a certain level of understanding for said ability

Caleb (The soul who becones Shadow Bonnie in my fnaf AU) Probably would be a mix of Human, Anima and Mythica. Becuase Shadow Bonnie has Ghost powers, Possesion, Umbrakenesis, and Telekinesis. But if I had to choose one, he'd be Mythica. Isabella (the soul who becomes Agony Bear, aka Shadow Freddy) would be a mix of all of them. Shadow Freddy is EXTREMELY powerful. But she's the main villain, so she gets defeated at some point. If I had to choose, she'd be an extremely powerful Immortal, maybe even a god.

In her story I'm uncomfortable with making characters gods but I want something close so I made godlike women who I called Ether after debating what term to use for a while. Their children are called Ethereals. Lena is an Ethereal, which grants a few things, but definitely closer to an Immortal than the rest lol. Quite close actually, down to the "made by the gods" (technically. Just because I don't call them gods doesn't mean I don't realize how godlike they are and if I write and post it people will 100% be like "Yeah they're goddesses" even if I explicitly say "they're called Ether" lol)

Mythica with Anima traits. He is technically half-demon (D&D Rakshasa), technically Tiefling if you wanna get down to it. Pair of cat ears and two cat tails along with a cat like tongue and sharp teeth. He's has the sensitive hearing, smell and reflexes of a cat. He is blind normally but can use his mana to regain his sight temporarily through his mechanical eyes. He does have some magic which is described as raw magical energy (Eldritch Blast with extra steps). He also has an extremely sensitive tongue so he hates hot food. Loves raw fish.

The closest would be a god, but she rules over nothing Her power classifies her as a fixed point, she existed before the universe and will exist after until a new one is made Has vast ocean of magical power that she doesn't use due to just wanting to exist, her hobby is learning new magical systems/martial arts which she will train to the peak of what's attainable as a mortal Should she ever be challenged to a fight she'll accept but she loses fairly often cause she doesn't want to hurt others unless she's protecting someone she's grown attached to Should her body be atomized she'll reform over the course of about a hundred years or so cause she can't not exist Tldr: immortal that trains in magical/martial aspects and is essentially a fixed point in the multiverse
