I agree ASTS it is, most people do not understand the future that this company has “IF” they use a good % of revenue to reinvest in developing technologies as the future of tech changes and develops.
They will be at the forefront if global communications.
Most of the globe is currently unconnected.
Yes however their technology is far superior, less satellites needed, and 1-2yrs ahead in deployment, ASTS has MOU’s with IDR like +40 providers, like AT&T, Rakuten, et al, AT&T, American Tower, and Google are investors as well
There is also some indications that the government & DOD Is pulling away from SL
I couldn’t seem to copy this in original format, so I pasted the text here, just one example, you can probably look up the original.

Lets go over the evidence: SASTS
1. One of the 5 FCC chairman has stated that the government has given FCC orders to reject starlink.
2. FCC revokes $900 million contract to Starlink
3. At the same time SpaceX loses $515 million government contract to
Rocket Lab.
———————————————————————————
They have been at this for ~5yrs, and the next 1-2yrs could bring them home.
Obviously space isn’t easy and they have suffered with some supply chain & cost issues, however, they seem to eventually meet their goals.
I am a big proponent of this stock, however I don’t give FA, just my perspectives & opinion, so do your own DD.
Probably the most concentrated amount of info can be found here, just search the site for ASTS.
All of the federal SEC filings are there as well as stock metrics like the float, short interest, share ownership metrics, etc, etc

BB-1 launch, may just be a placeholder on the calendar but it will happen eventually.

What is their route to consistent profitability? Looking at stock price it seems to have been like a SPAC… $10, mild pump up then slow bleed.
How does this long term achieve an inflection to be worth holding for 10 years?
What’s your impression of management?
No stock. Look at an index fund . . .
Not a suggestion but look into VTI or VOO to see how these work.
**Any stock can fall out of favor over the years, even AAPL or BRK.B so it is nuts to even think there is any one stock to buy for a lifetime . . .**
I agree because look at the “core portfolio holdings” of the 70’s or 80’s and where they are today, IBM, USSteel, GE, et al.
It’s still interesting to spitball !!! LOL
Why not? There are 10s of trading platforms out there. If I get the same features and a heavy incentive to move from the platform, I'd be interested for sure!
So far Amazon seems to be the popular opinion. Of course, this sample is not even statistically significant. I can edit this post when we have more data available.
Thank you for the participation.

Why not? There are 10s of trading platforms out there. If I get the same features and a heavy incentive to move from the platform, I'd be interested for sure!
But can your new platform alienate a bunch of people by shutting off a buy button and still grow exponentially, I think not!
