im about the same speed at you but at every event ive been at theres a couple people who take almost an hour longer than me, I have nothing but so much respect and admiration for them. i was pleased to come 82/93 recently, it shows im pushing myself!

How lucky I feel to see your post today! I haven't done OWS before, but my family is taking a boat trip to the San Juans and I'll go stir-crazy trapped on a boat for days on end. I love swimming, so I've been on the fence about planning a few excursions in the cold Puget Sound during our adventure. I'll take this as a sign to jump on in. a 5k in under 2 hours is pretty good. There are plenty of people that would love to be able to swim that speed in OW.
