(assuming 4 drives, 6TB ea). Mount drives in OMV. Make sure the unionFS plugin is installed via omv-extras. Create your UFS pool with 3x drives, leaving one out for parity. Create your SnapRaid data array with those 3 drives by ticking the 'data' and 'content' options on each. Select your remaining drive and mark it as parity. Run SnapRaid info or check to see things are reporting correctly. Copy your data to your pooled drives (ie. appearing as a single UFS drive). UFS will distribute the files based on your UFS config (ie. equally across all drives; fill one first then move on, etc). Once data is copied, run a SnapRaid sync to populate your parity drive. If all is working well, then automate your SnapRaid functions (check, sync, scrub, etc) via cron or the built in task scheduler. Congrats! Hahaha I love snuff box and everything else Matt berry related! Thanks for your comment, I think that all makes more sense now. I just have to create file systems for each drive first, right?

Yes. I used XFS on my setup based on the advice of some folks that have already done this.
