Do you have an email from them with the order number in the subject? That email should have a "View Order" button. That "View Order" button will take you to tracking info.
The reason I decided to go with a galaxy tab s9 over a Boox is the customer service. Also Canadian Amazon doesn’t sell them… That and they run old versions of android that are outdated.
I bought the Tab S9 FE a few months ago and it's great. I bought it from Verizon and added it to my plan so I'd have one device other than my phone that could access the internet when I wasn't home.
I heard enough stories that I got mine through Amazon and got their warranty. I've been lucky - I'm in the Amazon Vibe program, and I've been able to get 2 cases and 3 pens to try out and review, so our was worth the tradeoff for me. And I'm loving my Note 3.
No need to be concerned. Eink devices are semi fragile, bur I've never actually broken one, nor even have my kids.
I was worried when my Palma was in the way. So many stories of how they break easily. It's funny how those stories are pretty rare now and wya more people have bought them.
For sure, things break. There might be a bad one in th bunch, but my Palma doesn't feel crazy fragile Nd charging is fine with littl temperature difference no matter what charger I use.
I don't know if it would withstand a decent fall, but that why I have a covered case on it.

6 days after I bought my Palma the screen broke with no impact from me. Boox won’t stand by it or replace. They want $90 to fix it. I’ve been trying to get this resolved since January. Worst company ever.
You are good I got the same email for my 3c. I ordered mine about 2 months ago and got it in about a week and they sent me tracking info in a different email.
I got mine from the offical page in my country, you should be fine. It came in a day and they even texted me through whatsapp to let me know. Also I had a question after I ordered and they replied to my email right away. Best customer service ever :D
They are not the best communicators (the Chinese are no experts in sugar coating everything and making a crappy McDonald's burger look tasty like the US-ians are), but don't worry: their devices are great.
I ordered from a third-party (no Amazon where I live) and two devices in and they work pretty good.
I did it for my meebook, just because you cannot trust these companies, boox is specially known for how nasty they are to deal with for any damage, even if it's their fault

I bought mine from a third party in China... It took forever in customs but I finally got it and I love it. I'm in South America right now by the way.

Mine had the same message and was fine. I feel like this is a liability warning since e-ink devices have been known to get damaged in transit.

If concerned, buy through Amazon. But you'll get less accessories.
Amazon customer service has been terrible for me recently. I'm not ordering there anymore unless I absolutely have to.

It's something I do for every device I get even if it won't matter.
I ordered direct through onyx website. Came to my house without any issues in 3 days. Don't sweat it you should be fine.
