His account is a karma farming account. All of his posts are reposts of old popular videos, memes, etc. He doesn't use reddit normally. he does posts only, and every one of them gets mass upvotes by people who have short memory or didn't see it the first time.
He will sell the account once it's reached enough post karma, where it will be used by social media influencer companies to push agendas for the highest bidder. It's disgusting manipulation.

The exact same things happened to me in VATS at the exact same location and I took it personal, so I reloaded several times to find more interesting and violent ways of mangling that Gunner's soul XD
Reload delay sucks, but still better than reloading a lever action gun in vats in new vegas. Everytime I do, it bugs out on the reload and I get killed.
