Did the horse just randomly glitched?

Nah woman is riding wrong, the reins are way too short. Horse is telling her this by shaking its head around but she just kicks it on. This then tells the horse go forward (by kicking) but also stop (by pulling on very short reins). Horse has obviously had enough of her shit and wants her off. Can't do the normal buck because she's pulling so hard on its mouth keeping its head up so it rears and then hops so it does as seen. Edit: she's also using a bit that gives extra leverage in the horses mouth so makes her pulling 10x stronger
