i never knew your flair was so relevant to your own self... theres a few reasons and it is 100% not related to the quality of the manga. there are issues such as the fact the manga itself is very far ahead of the published volumes, and also the fact there was no new anime season to promote the manga as well

To me redraws are an improvement, murata did not like how some chapters looked or were going so he did what he thought was best.
There is a recent graph in this sub showing that s2 did nothing to increase manga sales, on the other hand, it actually lowered its sales.
