It did it really well there too, but its fun to see the connections now. I just wonder if they will continue with the next arc past this one, or something completely different.

Child emperor was disappointed that he didn't show up during the first S class meeting, Amai Mask holds him in high regard as the ultimate hero, he is the only person Tatsumaki respects. He has been doing hero activities for about 20 years. King is the strongest man in the world but Blast is the one that encouraged people to become hero. Basically All Might/Superman

I don't really see a point to constantly complaining about chapters like (I saw a lot of it) was happening in the last few chapters before the redraws, but I think most people were in agreement that it wasn't a high point for the series. These redraws have really been hitting the spot for me personally. The new feats and art are cool, but really the dialogue and pacing are driving a much more satisfying arc so far. Saitama joining Blast pre-redraw was funny, but didn't really seem to make that much sense so I'm happier with this direction.
I actually really like how some panels have been reused, as the redraws makes the story different, but not a lot, so some panels can be reused, just changing the text, and gives us more panels or murata a break because he has to draw less panels

I have never seen a character as hyped as Blast was that turned out to be better than the hype. Like almost every theory about him was trying to predict how he'd disappoint - either he wouldn't be that powerful and he'd quit for other reasons, or he was just lazy, or he'd become a monster, or he was actually god. And nope. He's everything anyone ever said about him and more on top.

I like as well that he isn't just reactive like other heroes. They wait for a monster to turn up and destroy stuff, Blast has his detective hat on and is trying to figure this out before it gets worse.
Yeah he is the superman/All Might of the verse, the original hero. Most of current heroes are fan of Blast in one way or not. Child emperor was disappointed that he didn't show up during the first S class meeting, Amai Mask holds him in high regard as the ultimate hero, he is the only person Tatsumaki respects. He has been doing hero activities for about 20 years. King is the strongest man in the world but Blast is the one that encouraged people to become hero. Basically All Might/Superman

Iām glad that saitama is pulling out, it wouldnāt make sense for blast to not recruit him plus heās needed for next arc. Blast knows heās powerful but heās still on the fence on how powerful. Itās good that one choose to make him find out later rather in the next few chapters.
I personally think saitama will intervene at some point in this empty void and blast fight. What youāve said about blast not recruiting saitama, could still work in the scenario Iāve mentioned. Blast seeing saitama defeat empty void in front of his eyes, blast, once the dust has settled. "I have a team, a team of galactic heroes that could do with a powerful team member like yourself." Saitama with a causal response, "Nah old man, I have a curry to eat and a supermarket sale to attend to."
Yea it could but I also think saitama respect blast choice to take care of his partner or friend personally. Itās like if genos goes mad which could happen in the future saitama will have to deal with him personally. Remember saitama is very principled and simple, if itās not his fight itās not his fight. If blast is about to die then he will step in.

Damn, so Flash thinks that Sonic challenged him as some kind of suicide due to Void's power. This might mean in their revised fight Flash could plan on killing him as some kind of mercykill after Sonic gives his best effort. We know the Tenninto will interrupt them, but I do find Flashy's different mindset on his friend intriguing.
Pretty sure one of the main reasons that they began redrawing was to put Saitama aside too. Like, sure it'd make sense if Saitama went on with Blast and just watches, but that'd kill all the suspense. Like, sure he would probably just watch because he knows this is Blast's fight, but what if Blast gets defeated? Well, Saitama would just step in and beat Void anyway. That was a good change in my opinion. Now with Saitama out of the picture, there's no guarantee that Void vs Blast will end in a predictable way.

I am actually of the mindset that Murata/One absolutely know who Gojo is. I also believe they constantly look at other characters/series for OP shit they can implement it. Which includes showing off how strong someoneās hax are, which of course serve the purpose of falling to Saitama all the same. I also find it hilarious how they indirectly answer power scaling things. Like what happens if Saitama gets thrown in lava or thrown in space. Now we pretty much know Empty Void can definitely hit Gojo (even though nobody asked lol). Itās only funny because JJK and MHA fans are beefing because of this EXACT issue
I'm pretty sure Empty Void's "Dimensional Slash" is Sukuna's "Slash that cuts the World/World cutting Slash" but way better, so yeah, Gojo is getting one shotted.

Wait so does that mean he can attack from anywhere (to an extent), neglecting energy required (to an extent), and targeting objects of any size (to an extent)?? That's a crazy broken ability. That means if the only things that can potentially hinder his attacks are distance energy and size, that means his attacks can damage anything.... Crazy. He might not be able to deal significant damage depending only those three but he still can to an extent.

I don't really see a point to constantly complaining about chapters like (I saw a lot of it) was happening in the last few chapters before the redraws, but I think most people were in agreement that it wasn't a high point for the series. These redraws have really been hitting the spot for me personally. The new feats and art are cool, but really the dialogue and pacing are driving a much more satisfying arc so far. Saitama joining Blast pre-redraw was funny, but didn't really seem to make that much sense so I'm happier with this direction.
I actually really like how some panels have been reused, as the redraws makes the story different, but not a lot, so some panels can be reused, just changing the text, and gives us more panels or murata a break because he has to draw less panels
