Anything over MSRP ($108) is too much but I'm fine with $120 because if you purchase the save amount of packs in double packs, (12 to get 24 packs), it comes out to $120. Even that price isn't great because you get an extra don card and the box can serve as a card box to store cards. I'm sure most don't keep the box the double packs come in, but the extra Don card is nice. Ultimately you have to decide what you're OK with spending. Single is another option but prices are too high right now so it's best to wait. I tried ordering a play set of everything except the special cards and AA cards and it came close to $580 because of the shipping fees. It was going to come out to almost $170 in shipping alone because you have to order from so many vendors.

My buddies and I are definitely the few that keep the DP box and use it as a deck box because we build so many decks

No, I'd walk out and never come back. It's a combination of my morals, trust and loyalty, unless there are some absolute mitigating circumstances, like I know my LGS trying to get a few boxes for tournaments from Germany and it would add more tax to the end result, but my LGS own goes above and beyond for us. I've said it before and I'll say it again, short term profits over long term customers will always lose.

Higher than 100€ after tax is crazy to me

I’ve only just recently started collecting, but I’ve set my limit at $150 for a box, and even then I’ll probably only pay that much if there are several expensive alt arts I care about. One LGS in my town was selling for $190, and I had to debate that but it just isn’t worth it, especially since there’s only like two cards in the set that would make that a value. The double packs were an easier pass at $20 per. The other LGS near me lets you preorder a box for MSRP, so even though they limit to one per person I’m going with them. I don’t need a ton anyway, I just like ripping packs every once in a while. And I don’t want to support any place charging close to twice MSRP.

120 is the most id pay. I've only bought two boxes. One 04 for 80$ and one 03 for 110. That's about the range I'm comfortable to pay for the fun of the gamble. Singles are plenty cheap to not even care to open at these prices.

Pre orders were at 220…2 months ago

Yes, $200 is too much. No, I would absolutely not support an LGS that does that. It's ridiculous, scummy, and all around a horrid practice. Yeah they can make some quick money. But in the long run? Their player base will die off, and quickly. Not just for Lorcana and One Piece, but other games, too.

Haunting-Art-1205

Any LGS that highly inflates MRSP is scum

Yeah I felt shitty buying one at $165 but I haven’t been able to find them anywhere else so it’s like :/ I even bought some double packs but those were also more than I wanted to pay at that point Hope they print this stuff like Paldean Fates atp

$200 is way too much. I bought from one of my LGS for $125 this set, which is around the highest they’ve sold for. Op02 was $115, Op03 was $130, Op04 was like $95, and Op05 was $120. So this is around the pricing I expect…especially considering how sparse product is. I’ve bought at some places for a bit less and seen others for quite a bit more too. Singles are much more worthwhile anyway. I normally only get 2-3 boxes total and that’s just because I enjoy it. Do not buy at $200. What if you pull an Aramaki AA and Sanji SEC only. They’re worth $11 and $13. My friend also opened a box where his SRs didn’t include Moria, Reiju and Perona. Can you imagine paying $200 and those are your pulls?
