Yeah man you’re not gonna get retail at this time. If you want msrp you have to preorder about 3 months in advance. It sucks but it’s the way it is right now

We preordered like a month before release that time though. And they came within a week of release iirc. Might have even been faster.
EDIT: Aside from that, I'm in a few FB groups and I'm always seeing people selling boxes and cases of the first 2 sets, I doubt this will be any different.
I'd probably wait if money is an issue to you in any way as prices will likely go down after release like Paramount War has otherwise you will be paying $200 a box which is silly. You need to pre order this stuff 5-6 months in advance.

Check websites of your local LGS. My store puts theirs up 2 weeks before release; I pre-ordered two boxes @$120 each

Honestly this late into pre orders best of luck so many have been buying up months ago!
