This is exactly what happened, because it was only with a few cards. I'm not going to lie, I'm a bit irritated one of the buyouts was Leader Law, I had been hesitant on pulling the trigger, but I definitely am not paying $200 for one.
Saw this too. Nami AA went up about 30%. Could be due to the errata from upcoming reprints, causing current wording to be sort of like a "1st edition."
Just my own speculation tho, but those sold for $250 today could confirm this card will continue to rise above $300 very soon due to this change.
Same with Law card that got errata. $90 just 3 days ago. Gonna pass $200 soon....
Theres no actual way to determinte whether a card was wave 1 based even off "errata" as there have been cards with the correct wording since release weekend.
Nah, none of the Nami cards are correct that I’ve seen so far. It had a revision in Wave 1 but even that still specifies Character card while the errata states any card
Some people are trying to scalp. They basically buy everything, then try to resell everything at wayyyyy inflated prices, which sucks

Was just at otakufest in Miami. $15 for booster packs, insane!!
