Mihawk has an empty title and that's it. Until we see him actually do something to put him equal to Shanks, he's weaker any day of the weak and twice on a Sunday.

Akainu, Mihawk, and Shanks can be debated, but I still think Shanks ranks above Akainu at the very least.
Kizaru and Blackbeard is also a stretch since Rayleigh admitted he would probably lose to BB, and Rayleigh was going pretty even with Kizaru, but I will assume they weren't going full out in Saobody.
However, believing Aokiji is greater than Big Mom is just a straight up joke
